Protests will only be accepted if submitted within the established time described in the league rulebook (8am EST the day after an official race until 8am EST Thursday after the race). Any protest received outside of the described submission times will considered void and not reviewed unless re-sent within the established times. The purpose of this time restriction is to ensure a cooldown period is available and to give drivers a chance to research and decide if a protest is necessary.

Expect a determination within 3 days but may take longer if the amount of protests received is greater than normal and if admins are available to effectively research the incidents .
